About me
—
After building a successful career in talent acquisition, leadership and people development, I have spent years supporting individuals to achieve their goals through coaching, mentoring and wellbeing initiatives. This experience has given me a deep understanding of behaviour change, motivation and the importance of creating supportive environments where people can thrive. My fitness journey has also been shaped by my time training with the Army Reserve (TA), across both the Royal Signals and Infantry. Achieving the highest physical standards required has developed my understanding of strength, endurance, resilience and the importance of a structured approach to training.
Alongside my corporate career, I have developed my expertise in health and fitness by gaining my Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral, specialist OncoVie (Oncology Exercise) qualification, and Menopause Coach certification. These qualifications enable me to support a wide range of individuals, including those living with long-term health conditions, those recovering from or living with cancer, and people looking to safely improve their fitness and overall wellbeing.
My approach combines evidence-based exercise, education and coaching to create realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I work with clients to build strength, improve mobility, increase confidence and develop healthy habits that fit into everyday life.
I have a particular passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, helping them understand the physical and hormonal changes they experience while providing practical strategies to manage symptoms, maintain muscle and bone health, and improve overall quality of life. I also support individuals affected by cancer, providing safe, tailored exercise programmes that help rebuild strength, improve function, reduce fatigue and enhance wellbeing throughout and beyond treatment.
With my Exercise Referral qualification, I can design safe and effective programmes for individuals with a range of medical conditions, working within recognised guidelines to support improved health outcomes through physical activity.
Whether I'm delivering one-to-one personal training, oncology exercise support, menopause coaching, wellbeing workshops or tailored exercise programmes, my goal is always the same: to empower people with the knowledge, confidence and support they need to take control of their health and create lasting, positive change.
